How do I buy and access my textbook?
The first step is to create an account
. Follow the on screen prompts. Once you have successfully created an account, click on the Book Shop tab which will provide a list of all available books for purchase. Find your unit’s textbook and purchase the book for the campus you are enrolled at or Private User. Once you have purchased the textbook you will be able to access the textbook by clicking the My Library tab.
I forgot my password. How can I reset my password?
You can reset your password here.
To reset your password, submit your username or email address in the space provided. If we can find you in the database, an email will be sent to your email address with instructions on how to get access again.
I bought the wrong textbook. Can I get a refund?
In the event that you have bought the wrong textbook, please send a message to our administrators by completing the enquiry form below. There is a $15 administration fee for swapping textbooks and a $20 administration fee for receiving a refund. This is subject to the terms and conditions provided here
In your email, include your username and the details of your purchase and we will issue an invoice to you. Upon completion of the payment the change will take effect.
Can I share my Textbook with a friend?
No. Each student must purchase their own textbook as all quizzes and tests for your unit will only be available once you have purchased the online textbook. Textbooks cannot be transferred or resold for this reason.
Concession for second time access.
Corpus Education provides free access for students who need to buy a textbook for the second time.
